Our Payment Policy

The practice is contracted to most major medical aids and the option to claim directly from your medical aid is available upon request. Sessions are charged in accordance with the latest medical aid rates.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made before or on the day of your appointment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or with our Yoco card machine at reception.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. However, to ensure we can offer the appointment slot to another client in need, we require adequate notice for cancellations. Please note that sessions not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged for in full. Medical aids do not cover missed appointments.
