What We Offer

We offer short- and long-term one-on-one therapy, available both face-to-face and online. Initial sessions will focus on gaining an in-depth understanding of your concerns, challenges and needs. This is also an opportunity for you to explore what therapy might be like, and for us to consider what may be most useful for you.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
