This is another important psychological assessment which is mostly used for organisational processes. These assessments measure individuals in relation to requirements of the position and the company culture. We assess candidates holistically incorporating cognitive ability, personality attributes, behaviour, integrity, emotional intelligence, abilities and skills.
All assessments will include (1) an in-depth history taking and exploration of reason for the referral, (2) psychometric testing, (3) a written report, and (4) feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations.
