What We Offer
We offer short- and long-term one-on-one (face to face or online) therapy.
Initial sessions will focus on gaining an in-depth understanding of your concerns, challenges and needs. It is also an opportunity for you to explore what therapy might be like, and for us to consider what may be most useful for you.
We tailor our approach to the needs of our client and generally aim to work with the client to process difficulties or trauma, enable a sense of personal well-being and achieve satisfying relationships with oneself and others.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
